Lunch: Buttermilk Avocado Dressing

What to do when there's leftover guacamole but no chips? Make a salad dressing, of course!

Ingredients

1/4 cup guacamole, (leftover)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
kosher salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Whisk all the ingredients together until blended.
Serve on the salad of your choice.
