Surprise and delight with these polenta fries!
Ingredients
Polenta
olive oil
shredded Parmesan
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Cut cold polenta into fries; transfer to a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, turn to coat evenly, and spread in a single layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
