Snack: Vanilla Banana Milkshake
Quick and easy milkshake.
Ingredients
1 medium banana
8 fl oz skim milk
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/3 tbsp strawberry preserves
4 ice cubes ice cubes
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend.
2. Add ice while blending, one cube at a time.
3. Pour in big glass and enjoy.
