Lunch: Leftover Cranberry Sauce and Brie Puff Pastry Tart

On Black Friday, put your extra cranberry sauce to good use in this five-ingredient tart, best enjoyed with a cocktail or two.

Ingredients

1 14.5-ounce package frozen puff pastry, thawed
Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
2 c. leftover cranberry sauce
8 oz. Brie, cut into small pieces
Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry and brush with olive oil. Spread with cranberry sauce and scatter with brie and rosemary .
Bake until pastry is puffed and cheese is melty, about 15 minutes.
