Lunch: Fresh Whipped Cream
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
Place the whipping cream in the bowl of a standing mixer, turn the beater on to medium and beat for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat for another 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
