Lunch: Sweet & Sticky Chicken with Snow Peas

Recipe by The Good Housekeeping Test Kitchen These easy drumsticks have just the right balance of sweet and spice.

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken drumsticks and thighs
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. snow peas
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

Toss chicken with hoisin sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Arrange on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F).
Boil snow peas for 5 minutes or until tender; drain and toss with red pepper flakes, sesame oil and pinch salt.
Serve chicken over snow peas, garnished with cilantro.
