1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add butter; rub in with fingertips until mixture resembles coarse meal. Set aside.
