Dessert: Matcha White Hot Chocolate

Toasty matcha powder balances the sweetness of white chocolate in this creamy, coconut milk-based, white hot chocolate by blogger Molly Yeh.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon matcha powder
One 13.5-ounce can light coconut milk
2 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Sift the matcha powder into a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk and whisk until no lumps remain. Whisk in the remaining coconut milk and add the white chocolate. Heat over medium low, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is warm.
