Lunch: Spicy Peanut Sauce
Recipe by Grace Parisi With just a few pantry ingredients and a blender, homemade peanut sauce is a snap to make.
Ingredients
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. coconut water
1 tbsp. sambal oelek or Sriracha
1 tbsp. Asian fish sauce
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. peeled and finely grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
Instructions
