Dinner: Jill's Hash Brown Casserole

A favorite of all ages, this potato side dish is so welcome at any pot luck or family gathering.

Ingredients

1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 container sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 bag frozen hash-brown potatoes
1 medium onion
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
ground black pepper
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

Stir the soup, sour cream, butter, potatoes, onion and cheese in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Season with the black pepper. Sprinkle with the corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350 °F. for 45 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
