Lunch: Classy Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) frozen sliced carrots
2 tablespoons water
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter, cubed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted

Instructions

Place carrots and water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir in the onions, butter, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until carrots are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with pecans.
