Ingredients

2 medium lemons
2 pt. red cherry tomatoes
1 pt. yellow cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

Cut peel and white pith from lemons. Cut lemons crosswise into slightly less than 1/4-inch-thick slices.
In medium bowl, toss lemon slices, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients.
