Enjoy a savory slice of grilled homemade pizza topped with smoked chicken, white barbecue sauce, tomatoes, and cheese.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

Whisk together first 8 ingredients.
Preheat grill to 400 ° (high) heat. Place Homemade Pizza Dough rounds directly on grill grate (cornmeal side down), and grill, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip dough.
Spread each pizza crust with 2 Tbsp. White Barbecue Sauce, and top with smoked chicken, tomatoes, and cheese. Grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.

Top cooked side of crust with desired sauce and toppings.
