Lunch: Pear, Blue Cheese, and Maple Puff Pastry Tarts

Grab some bubbly and toast to this this super-classy five-ingredient tart.

Ingredients

1 Sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Ripe pears, thinly sliced
Maple syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place puff pastry on a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork (leaving a 1 ” border).
Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over warm puff pastry.
Scatter with pears and bake until cheese is melty and pastry is deeply golden, 20 minutes.
Drizzle with maple syrup and cut into squares.
