Dessert: Multigrain Pancake and Waffle Mix

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed muesli
1/2 c. finely ground cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir, using a whisk, to thoroughly combine.
