Lunch: Salted Caramel Affogato

Ingredients

2 scoops salted caramel gelato
1/2 cup brewed espresso, hot

Instructions

Place the gelato in to the bottom of a glass and pour the hot espresso over. Use a straw and spoon to eat and drink.
NotesYou can use plain caramel gelato with an added pinch of salt instead of the salted caramel gelato.
