Lunch: Fake Shake
Try this healthy Fake Shake with almond milk, banana, coca and yogurt when you need a sweet treat
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 small banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 teaspoon stevia
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute.
