Dinner: Chili Oven Fries

Baking these potatoes makes them a healthy alternative to traditional fries and the chili powder spices things up.

Ingredients

2 lb. large russet potatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
Coarse salt
ground pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Halve 3 large russet potatoes lengthwise; cut each half lengthwise into thirds.
In a large bowl, whisk olive oil with chili powder; season generously with coarse salt and ground pepper. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
