Ingredients
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon English mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
Combine brown sugar, chile powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, granulated garlic, mustard powder, coriander, and cumin in a small bowl.
