Breakfast: Flax Buns
Ingredients
2 Large Eggs
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
3 g Salt
1.5 tsp Splenda
¾ cup Flax Meal
⅕ Cup Water (3.2 Tablespoons)
2 Tbsp Oil or Butter
Instructions
1.Combine ingredients, dry first then wet
2.Pour into a pan
3.Bake for 17 minutes at 350 degrees
4.Let cool on wire rack
