Lunch: Screamin' Macaroni and Cheese - Mexican Style

Recipe by Sandra Lee Recipe courtesy of Sandra Lee. Sandra Lee takes the fright out of cooking for Halloween by jazzing up Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with extra shredded cheese and a dash of spicy Mexican seasoning.

Ingredients

1 package macaroni and cheese mix, Kraft®
1 tbsp. Mexican seasoning, McCormick®
3/4 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend, Kraft®

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Transfer to a medium baking dish or casserole dish.
Sprinkle Mexican seasoning over top of macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle cheese blend over top to cover. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
