Ingredients
2 1/2 cups uncooked whole wheat rigatoni pasta (about 7 oz)
1 lb ground beef sirloin
1 jar (26 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato basil pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Small fresh basil leaves, if desired
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 °F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
In baking dish, stir together cooked pasta, beef, pasta sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with basil.
