Lunch: Crispy-Charred Chicken Wings with Six Sauces

They may be baked, but these wings are just as crispy and indulgent as those you'll get in your favorite restaurant or local pub.

Ingredients

.13 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
Sauce of your choice

Instructions

Pierce split chicken wings all over with tip of knife; pat dry.
Place on wire rack fitted into large foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven 35 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F), turning over once.
Broil 7 minutes on high, turning once. Toss with your favorite sauce; makes about 25 wings.
