This silky, smooth salsa is an updated, spiced up guacamole you'll never be able to put down.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 c. pickled jalapeño slices
1/4 c. pickle brine
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic
Instructions
In blender, puree avocado, pickled jalapeño slices, pickle brine, water, and garlic until smooth.
