Lunch: Gingered-Ale
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces ginger syrup, such as Morris Kitchen
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce Ginger Lime Cordial
club soda
lime wedge
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, shake ginger syrup, lime, and cordial. Strain into a highball primed with club soda over ice. Top with additional soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
