Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to.

Ingredients

2 ounces gin, such as Tanqueray
3/4 ounce creme de violet
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes absinthe
Ice, for chilling and serving
Splash soda water

Instructions

Combine the gin, creme de violet, lemon juice, simple syrup and absinthe in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass, top with ice and a splash of soda water.
