Lunch: Easy Rice and Peas Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups uncooked instant rice
1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Add rice and peas. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5-7 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed.
