Dinner: Sweet and Tangy Twisted Beef
An easy to prepare beef stew that's certainly not lacking in flavor.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup salsa
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook for 7-9 hours on low heat or 4 hours on high.
2. Note: egg rolls make for a great side.
