Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups chopped broccoli
3/4 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cube chicken boullon
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp salt
2 small chicken breast
10 1/2 oz pasta

Instructions

1. In a pot, start boiling water for the pasta and add some salt.

2. in another small pot bring to boil 2 cups water and chicken stock cube and then add broccoli until cooked.

3. In a non-stick pan add olive oil and garlic and onion.

4. Once garlic and onion are golden, add chicken and mushrooms and cook until brown, adding salt and also chicken stock from broccoli to keep moist.

5. Combine broccoli with chicken and pasta and sauté for a minute.
