1 can pink beans
1/4 c. roasted red pepper
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
.13 tsp. salt
cilantro

Instructions

In food processor, purée beans, roasted red pepper, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Top with chopped cilantro.
