Dinner: Fajita Pizza

Low fat pizza that's simple to make.

Ingredients

4 strips green pepper
3 slices, thin onions
1 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1 medium fajita sheet, flour

Instructions

1. Spread pizza sauce on fajita sheet.

2. Add sliced green pepper and onions (or alternative vegetables of your choice.)

3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

4. Heat in oven until cheese is melted.
