Lunch: Coffee Brandy Glaze
Ingredients
5 3/4 pounds confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups espresso
1/3 cup coffee-flavored brandy, such as Allen's
1/4 cup half-and-half
Instructions
Mix together the sugar, espresso, brandy and half-and-half until smooth.
Cook's Note: This glaze contains alcohol. It is not kid-friendly!
