Dinner: Jambalaya II

Ingredients

14 oz Polish sausage, cooked
12 oz raw shrimp, without shell
3 tsps minced garlic
1 cup celery, chopped
3 small young green onions
2 cups white rice
1/2 cup black beans

Instructions

1. Precook rice.

2. Brown onion, celery, and garlic on the stove top.

3. Add sausage and shrimp.

4. Add Cajun spices.

5. Sauté 5 minutes.

6. Add rice and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
