Snack: Chicken Hot Wings

A low carb snack that can be enjoyed as a main meal too.

Ingredients

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp ground oregano
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps parsley, dried
1/2 tsp freshly milled black pepper
1 tsp salt
32 oz chicken wings

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

2. Cut wings to drumettes (the tips could be used to make broth).

3. Mix the grated cheese and seasonings.

4. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.

5. Melt butter in a large bowl.

6. Dip each drumette in butter, roll in seasoned cheese and place on foiled baking tray.

7. Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F.
