Dessert: Pumpkin Pie Custard

A healthy, low fat alternative to pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup pumpkin
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp cornstarch
3/4 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp condense sweetened milk

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together well.

2. Divide into two ramekins.

3. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-55 minutes.
