Lunch: Blueberry Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the sugars, blueberries and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the preserves and maple flavoring. Refrigerate leftovers.
