Lunch: Avocado Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid or small bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
