Dessert: Peanut Butter Cheesecake Minis
A bite-sized dessert that'll please all of your guests!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar, plus 4 tablespoons for crust
1/2 stick butter, (1/4 cup)
12 bite-size peanut butter cups
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, (or almond extract)
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °. Place a paper cupcake liner in each cup of a standard muffin pan.
