Ingredients

1 package Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
1 c. cold milk
1 package Jell-O® Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 tub Cool Whip® Whipped Topping
3/4 c. Jet-Puffed® Minature Marshmallows
1/3 c. chopped Planters® Cocktail Peanuts
1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
25 Nilla Wafers®

Instructions

Line 9-inch round pan with plastic wrap; set aside. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended.
Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip® and all remaining ingredients except wafers.
Spoon into pan. Top with wafers; press lightly into cream cheese mixture.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove dessert 15 minutes before serving. Unmold onto plate; discard plastic wrap. Serve with remaining Cool Whip®. Each serving provides: 0. 5g trans fat, 6%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 6%DV calcium, and 4%DV iron.
