Lunch: Grilled Rib-Eye Steak

Rib eye steaks primary attribute is their juicy flavor, making them great for grilling -- and leftovers make great lunchtime sandwiches the next day. Marinade takes just minutes to prepare but adds a lot of flavor.

Ingredients

1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. chopped Vidalia onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper

Instructions

Whisk vinegar and olive oil together in a large nonreactive baking dish. Add onion, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Marinate steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour; turn occasionally.
