2 6-ounce cans white crab meat, drained
2 stalks celery, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plain Greek non-fat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash hot sauce
4 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix together all salad ingredients, except lettuce leaves.
Serve 1/2 cup crab salad on each lettuce leaf. You could also serve on whole-wheat bread or crackers.
