Soup: Vegetable Beef Soup
Hearty vegetable beef soup.
Ingredients
14 1/2 oz green beans
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup diced potatoes
2 packages frozen stew vegetables
28 oz crushed tomatoes
28 oz water
1 lb london broil beef
Instructions
1. Trim all fat on london broil. Cut meat into chunks. Brown in the soup pot.
2. Add all of the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours, or until you can't wait any longer!
