Ingredients

Cooking spray
1 pound frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 slices extra lean turkey bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and add oil; toss to coat.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
