Ingredients

Pork Chops
1 pound boneless, pork loin chops (4 pork chops)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Peach Salsa
2 peaches, peeled, cored and diced
½ green pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 packet sugar substitute

Instructions

Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill. Season pork chops with pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Grill pork chops over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until done.
In a small bowl, mix together salsa ingredients.
Top each cooked pork chop with about ¼ cup salsa mixture and serve.
