Breakfast: Nuts about Pizza for Breakfast
Try this super simple breakfast. Both kids and adults will love it and it can be ready to eat in a matter of minutes! If it works better with your budget, switch out the almond butter for peanut butter.
Ingredients
1 whole-wheat English muffin
1 tablespoon almond butter
½ cup sliced strawberries
1½ teaspoons shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Split and toast English muffin.
Spread each half with almond butter.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle with coconut.
