Dinner: How to clean and salt a fish
1½ pounds of fresh black snapper was in my hand! : ) I bought it from a fisherman in Mexico and had to clean it myself, so I could eat it for dinner. Some people may be interested to learn how to clean a fish, so I made this quick video showing you how it's done. In my next video I'll show you what I made with it: Korean style fried snapper served with seasoning sauce. It was delicious.
