Paneer Bhurji is a mildly spiced side dish with a medley of bell pepper, tomato and paneer combined together and cooked till done. Serve with phulkas or roti. http://www.vahrehvah.com/paneer-bhurji INGREDIENTS PANEER 250 G CHOPPED TOMATOES 1 C CHOPPED GREENCHILLIES 3 N CHOPPED GARLIC 1 C YELLOW BELL PEPPER 1 N CAPSICUM 1 N CHOPPED ONIONS 1 C BUTTER 2 TB CUMIN SEEDS SALT TO TASTE TURMARIC 1 TS JEERA POWDER 1TS GARAM MASALA 1TS CORIANDER 1 BUNCH METHOD Heat butter in a pan add jeera, chopped garlic, turmaric,chopped onionsand sauté for some time. Add chopped capsicum, yellow bell pepper, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes(remove seeds), add salt ,Add chopped paneer, jeera powder, garam masala and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
