Dinner: PHILIPS AIR FRYER KALA JAMOON
This guilt free kalajamoon is prepared with very less amount of oil in an airfryer which is bit tricky but very easy to master. http://www.vahrehvah.com/philips-air-fryer-kala-jamoon Ingredients Gulab jamun powder 1 Cup Powder sugar 1 Tablespoons Cardamom powder 1/4 Teaspoons sooji (soaked) 1 Tablespoons Milk (as required) 1/8 Cup Oil (as required) 2 Tablespoons Sugar syrup 1 Cup Almonds (flakes) 1 Teaspoons Directions: 1. Take a bowl and add gulab jamun powder, powder sugar, cardamom powder, soaked sooji and add required milk, make it into a dough and rest it for few minutes. 2. Divide the dough into equal portions and make it into a bullet shape. 3. Preheat the air fryer at 140 degree C for 3 minutes. 4. Place the kala jamoon in the air fryer then apply the oil on top and fry them for 5 minutes. 5. After 5 minutes remove on to a plate and cut them into halves. 6. Drop the jamoons in the sugar syrup and soak it for 15 minutes. 7. Garnish with almond flakes and serve it.
