READ THIS!! If you can't find copha in your part of the world, the easiest way to substitute it to replace the copha, cocoa and sugar with 300g of melted milk chocolate. This will create a similar final result. Please don't ask me for information about Copha in your country. I simply don't know - I don't live there ;) Chocolate Crackles are perfect for kids parties. Puffed Rice Cereal is combined with sugar, cocoa and coconut and mixed with Copha to create a delicious chocolatey, crunchy dessert. The adults will fight the kids to get at these - Give it a go! Any measuring container that holds 250ml of water equals 1 Cup.
