Ingredients

1/4 tsp chili powder
1 small bell pepper, chopped
4 cups green beans
4 medium chicken breasts
1 tsp pepper
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
28 oz diced tomatoes juice
2 jalapenos, seeded, thinly sliced
4 oz green chilies

Instructions

1. In a non stick frying pan saute the onion and bell pepper.

2. Add the chicken breasts. When the breasts are cooked, cut into small bite size pieces.

3. In a pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

4. After boiling, reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
